AFRICAN STATISTICS DAY
African Statistics Day (ASD) is an annual African event celebrated on November 18, with the aim, among other things, of raising awareness in the Community on the importance of statistics as a decision-making support. This year the theme is: “Modernizing data ecosystems to accelerate the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA): the role of official statistics and big data sets in economic transformation and sustainable development”
